COMES NOW the accused, unto this Honorable Court, most


respectfully avers:

1. That private complainant CAMILLE ANDREA C. MAULANA in the


above-entitled case had executed an Affidavit of Desistance
manifesting her intention to desist from further prosecuting
LOLITA TAGALOGON CALGAS, the accused in the above-
entitled case; A copy of the said Affidavit of Desistance is
hereto attached and marked as Annex “A”, forming an integral
part of this Motion to Dismiss.

2. That likewise, it is believed that the dismissal of the case would


serve the best interests of the parties concerned;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


of this Honorable Court to DISMISS the above-entitled case.
