THE PROSECUTION most respectfully manifests:

1. That it has received a copy of the written offer to plea bargain

by accused Istalin Awang from Sec. 3 to Sec. 6 of PD 1866 as
amended by Republic Act No. 8294;
2. That the prosecution accepts the said plea bargain of Istalin
Awang and in compliance with the Order of this Court, is
herein submitting this written conformity and acceptance of
said offer by the Accused.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that

the said offer to plea bargain be submitted for the Resolution of this
honorable court. All other reliefs, just nd equitable under the premises
are likewise prayed for.
