IT IS RESOLVED FURTHER that, as a necessary consequence to

the renewal of the contract of lease, payments for the 2017

office rental of OPP-Zamboanga Sibugay, be immediately
acted, processed and made to Ms. Fatima C. Jajurie.

Resolved this 30th of October, 2018, at the Office of the
