Poster Gallery

In addition to being displayed onsite at the conference, your poster will also appear in the poster
gallery in the conference app. We encourage presenters to upload a PDF of their poster and a
short video explaining the key points for attendees to view via the web and mobile apps.

The apps will be made available approximately 1 week before the conference begins to allow
attendees to plan their time and decide which poster presenters they would like to meet in person
at the conference, we have a large number of posters being presented in Lisbon, and the PDF/video
upload will help to give poster presenters extra exposure before the conference begins and
afterwards as the content will be available for 6 months after the conference ends.

To access the web app:

the web app.

Create your profile here.


If you have attended any previous Elsevier
conferences, you can log in with the email
address and password you set-up before, if
this is your first Elsevier conference, enter
your email and select create account.

Please ensure you use the same email


address that you received these
instructions.

Once you have successfully signed in, you


will reach the event dashboard, select the
Brain Stimulation 2023 tile
You will then see a screen that shows the
sessions you are involved in; click on the
link to your poster to be taken to the
presenter dashboard.

Note: Posters will be listed under the “No date” Tab

How to upload your PDF and video


When you click on your poster, you will see the following dashboard.

Click on Poster/slides to upload your PDF and Introduction video to access the recording area.

IMPORTANT! Do not, click Start Meeting button here or use Audio Descripion

Click on Record video to start recording a poster video or Upload video to upload one. The recording
will be added above the title of your poster on your poster page in the app.

Check the audio and video source by clicking the three dots at the bottom right and switch on your
camera and microphone using the camera and mic icons at the same bottom menu at the left.
When you click on Record video on the video frame, a timer will count down from 5, after which
your camera stream will be recorded. Please make sure to leave few seconds before you start
speaking. When ready, please leave again few empty seconds and just click in the same button to
stop recording.

A popup will show that asks you whether you want to add this recording right away or review it first.

When you review it, you can just click to play it and browse through it. You can then add it to your
poster by clicking the Add to room button bottom left. If you wish to re-record, then choose to
Delete and record again.
Arranging Meetings with Delegates
To ensure that delegates can arrange meetings with you to discuss your presentation please ensure
you have allowed new chats and appointments in your settings.
(Your meetings will appear in the event schedule section of the app.)
Please click on your profile image (top right of screen)

Select Settings and Ensure “Allow new chats and appointments” is enabled
