end Career Services to graduates and other individuals through an innovative and creative
approach, for those who plan to start their dream careers, this product also connects
associates (i.e., Universities, Colleges, Business Schools, Training Centers, Coaching
Centers, Abroad Consultancies, Job Consultancies, Event organizers and others) to right

dashboards. However, the services are restricted based on the subscription plan they choose.

Prospects with a minimum of 3+ yrs. of domain/technical expertise would act as an Advisor.
These Advisors, share their domain, technical and corporate experience with registered
members of Forge Alumnus and help them in making conscious choices about their careers.
They also introduce the latest happenings, advanced technologies, and insights of the
companies/corporates, this, in turn, benefits the members to be job-ready or technology ready
while seeking better career opportunities.
D. Mentor:
An Individual with Relevant Expertise or Knowledge with enthusiasm for sharing that
expertise would act as a Mentor, These Mentors support our members in building their career
from any stage they’re, whether they’re job searching, getting adjusted in a role, looking to
move up in a career, or exploring new opportunities.
E. Career Coach:
A personal career coach service is provided to registered members based on the plan they
choose. This coach guides and drives an individual toward a successful career.
F. Ambassadors:
Forge Alumnus recognizes its registered members and alumni who are active in the
community and role models for others. These ambassadors promote the brand and improve
the reputation of Forge Alumnus. They also share their inspirational journey and successful
