Hi All,

Good Evening!
This is to bring to your notice that the EL's (Earned Leaves) a maximum of 12 days can be carry
forwarded to next year (2023).
If anyone has excess EL's over and above 12 days will be eligible for leave encashment and
MAXIMUM of 10 earned leaves can be en-cashed.
For example:
If a person "A" has 25 Earned Leaves.
12 of the leaves can be carry forwarded, 10 earned leaves can be en-cashed and 3 leaves will lapse.
The encashment benefit will be regulated on the basis of the last pay drawn(Basic Pay) in
consideration of 30 days a month for calculation purpose subject to the department/management's
decision which can be decided the coming week (26th to 30th) December 2022.
 

Please Note:
1) All the "Sick Leaves" will lapse by end of this year (31st December 2022), which is a standard
procedure.
2) A new "Leave Policy" will be rolled out soon to all the employees.
