    Involvement in community outreach programs to educate the community on lifestyle diseases

    through education. Educating people on health issues is one way to serve the community. I can

    also collaborate with community organizations to increase access to healthcare among

    community members. In these forums, education and presentation on health issues can contribute

    to service delivery.

    Interdisciplinary collaboration within my organization can also contribute to better service.

    Collaboration between nurses, physicians, and pharmacists is crucial in service delivery and the

    improvement of patient outcomes (Martin et al., 2010). Working in these teams can help to

    address complex patients' needs by harnessing different skills and knowledge from team

    members. Errors are also minimized due to consultation, thus contributing to better service.
