    All Members Present

    1. Purpose
    a. Welcome 8th graders and make them feel more comfortable in an environment
    where they will spend their next four years
    b. Introduce to ripon high and show them what their future will be
    2. Give Ask Give
    a. Give: a warm welcome by making a bridge and having them go through it,
    making them feel comfortable and included within high school life
    b. Ask: ask to participate to be open minded, to ask questions, to give attention to
    presentations, take out of their comfort zone, meet different people
    c. Give: an authentic high school experience, BBQ, advice, extra help and
    reassurance
