We are the researchers from Philippine College of Science and Technology. (State the

name of the researchers) Our research was entitled In Agreement: Case Settlement in

Pangasinan.

3. PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH

The purpose of this research is to determine the common cases that enter case settlement

in Pangasinan, the factors affects to the participants to enter case settlement, the problems they

encountered, and the measures they applied to minimize the problems during case settlement.

Moreover, the researchers wanted to know how the case settlement help in both parties.
