It is evident that the company faces several challenges. The SWOT matrix indicates that the
company's strengths include a well-established brand, a loyal customer base, and a well-
received range of proprietary products. However, the company faces weaknesses such as
poor inventory management and outdated technology. Identified opportunities include
expanding the product line and improving online sales, hiring and leveraging the skilled
workforce they have, while threats include intense competition. Based on these findings,
SO strategies include leveraging the strong company brand to expand into new markets and
develop an e-commerce platform to increase online sales. ST strategies involve
strengthening the supply chain and improving marketing efforts to counter the threat of
intense competition, financial analysis of expenses and salary paid to family members
working in the supermarket should also be done WO strategies they focus on improving
inventory management and expanding the product line, while WT strategies involve cost-
cutting measures to mitigate the effects of economic downturns. In general, the company
needs to focus on implementing strategies that take advantage of its strengths while
addressing its weaknesses in order to remain competitive in the market.
