MA Corporation has succeeded in providing distinctive items on the market, which has
allowed the business to gain a sizeable amount of market share. For instance, in contrast to its
rivals, the business has been able to offer high-quality products.

Additionally, the organization has been successful in forging strong bonds with its clients,
which has allowed it to draw in and keep a sizable clientele. MA Corporation interacts with
high-performing businesses while looking for outsourcing services, which has allowed the
business to maintain a noticeably high level of performance.
To achieve success, MA Corporation made the best use of the resources at its disposal. For
instance, the organization's highly effective and experienced staff have substantially aided in

Every organization has its own strengths and weaknesses. Similarly, MA Corporation has
several strengths and weaknesses. The company has several strengths that have significantly
contributed to its success. On the other hand, its weakness undermines its effort to retain its
high-level performance.

Strength – The company has enjoyed a stable line of products which is easy to use. Over the
recent past, the company has integrated its operations with Microsoft products and others
have helped the company in developing a wide customer base. The company has managed to
retain a high level of innovation. The Ma Company has innovative skills of Sale-service
strategies. The company has the largest in South Korea. It proves that they are tech-friendly
too.

Weakness – The company is entirely dependent on electronics, which is a weakness of the
