AUTOCLAVE STANDARD OPERATING

PROCEDURES(S0Ps)
1.ware personal protective equipment

goggles,gloves,gunboots,waterproof
coat
2.Turn on the mashine

3.Open the door

Pull up a black part while turning
4.Park the material to be autoclaved in
the chamber
5.Add water to the autoclave until
medium M level is reched

medium turn off after putting

water

6.Close the door, 7.start sterilization

Start button
8.At 110oC turn the steam valve

9.End of sterilization,make sure the

pressure gauge reads 0 and The End
indicator turned on

10.Carefully open the door ,don’t

unpark the material until 5 minutes
Err08-----------------turn OFF water
inlet valve--->start button
