Applications for Teaching Practice

As for students in senior high school who need not just knowledge and cooperation they also
need to engage in challenging contents, through well-designed learning tasks. DedEp (2016)
As you can see these tasks are meant for senior high school teachers to some extent
challenging even to experienced teachers as some students lack interest in the teachers'
schooling.

First, Students anticipate that their teachers will deliver engaging and efficient instruction that
satisfies their academic demands. Teachers can hone their abilities to design engaging lessons
that encourage student learning and achievement through teaching practice even through online
class.

Second, Students demand a safe, respected learning environment in which they may
concentrate on their academics in the classroom. Teachers can establish a productive learning
environment that supports academic success by using google classroom management
strategies throughout their teaching practice.

Third, Students have a variety of learning requests, and they anticipate that teachers will adapt
their lessons to suit each student's needs. Teachers can enhance their capacity to
individualized learning for their students by practicing differentiated instruction and modifying
their teaching to match student needs during their teaching practice.

Fourth, Students anticipate that their teachers will provide honest and accurate assessments of
their academic achievement and constructive criticism that will help them improve. Teachers
can improve their evaluation and feedback abilities via face to face teaching experience,
enabling them to give their students the help and direction they need to be successful.
