PRINCIPAL
STAFF MEETING 2022 – POINTS
At the outset, the school will revert to post COVID operation as per routine
from New Academic session.
A- Examination
1- Reading & comprehension papers of English & Urdu will be introduced
for grade 1-V from next examinations. 50 marks.
2- Teachers are required to submit Question papers for examination tasks
with neat and clean Handwriting, untidy papers will be returned.
3- Marking scheme for subjects will be MCQ – 15 with 15 items, ERQ 50
marks & CRQ 35 marks each.
4- Teachers will submit draft paper three weeks advance of schedule
examination date.
5- The final Question paper will be prepared by school management,
necessary amendments will be made in received question papers with
30 / 70 ratio if required.
6- Question papers will be assigned to teachers on class performance
basis considering maintenance of 100 % students note books and 100
%completion of syllabi topics.
7- Question papers will be given to the students from class 1 to III to
attempt.

8- In composition of Islamait Subject paper, 20 marks of NAZRA will be


included.
9- In papers of English/Urdu10 marks will be assigned to dictation, the
words will chosen examination department.
10- Class inspections will be conducted twice year prior to Half yearly and
examination.
11- Students not appearing in Half yearly examination due to any genuine
reason must maintain over all 70 % marks to qualify for promotion.
12- Students’ cards should be prepared in presentable way.
13- Introduction of major and minor subjects is to be introduced.

STAFF MEETING 2022 – POINTS
B- Academics
1- Syllabi scheme is revised, Accordingly, Arabic and GK are excluded
and Islamait and Nazra is introduced in all classes 1- VIII as per new
education policy of government
2- Teachers are required to complete syllabi in complete and avoid Tick
mark method for ensuring better teaching & learning in classes.
3- Teachers should explain and demonstrate given topics in a very
effective manner. Emphasis should be on understanding and
concepts clarity.
4- Notebooks / copies of all subjects be maintained by the students, the
same be checked by teachers on alternate week.
5- Class Registers must be completed and submitted by first Saturday
of every month to AHM/ VP.
6- Class VI will be operated by one class teacher system to control
absconders and ensure better class management as a pilot scheme.
7- GENERAL
8- Teachers must seek permission from AHM/ VP in case of urgency /
outside movement on duty time.
9- Teachers are required to maintain professional decorum at Staff room
and avoid from grouping and use of unethical language. Also
maintain disrespect for each other.
10- For discussion with principal office, please adopt through
proper channels and maintain decorum.
11- Use of mobile in classroom is prohibited and liable disciplinary
action.
LEAVE
12- In second shift, while proceeding on leave, teachers will have to
attend 4 periods and properly inform to AHM/ VP for arranging his/
her class management.
13- The second shift will remain off, while teachers proceed on
