    parents and gave her simple
    message.
    Determination of the Present:

    Meeting Proper Calendar Activities Ma’am Maryjoy T. Gabur, T-III Checking of YCAP
    presented the School Calendar SY attendance will begin at the
    2022-2023. Furtherly, she month of September. If the
    reiterated the following parent failed to render his
    -scheduled YCAP which is every service on the scheduled
    middle and end date of the moth date, he can do it in his free
    (attendance is a must) time considering their valid
    -disinfection day would be every reason.
    Wednesday

    Class Schedules Ma’am Jessica L. Rivera, T-I


    presented the class schedules from
    Kindergarten to Grade 6 and gave
    highlight to the time interval of
    having snacks and dismissal of
    every class.
    School Policies and Guidelines Ma’am Girlie M. Gumpad, T-I
    discussed the school policies and
    guidelines .
    School Programs, Projects & Ma’am Rachel M. Pascua assigned
    Activities the area to be cleaned by level.
    She also persuade parents to
    actively participate in every
    activities of the school for the
    better learning of their children.
