1. CALL TO ORDER
President Ramirez called the fifth special meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. on April 28, 2023.
2. ROLL CALL AND DETERMINATION OF QOURUM
A quorum was established. The following were present: Marielle C. Ramirez , President; Trisha Sadava,
Secretary; Klient Jay Flauta, Member; Renelo Calledo, Member; Kimley Freve Escote, Member; Niel
Ivan Barino, Member; Vhal Apelo, Member; John Rey Boston, Member; Eke Enque, Member; Alexander
Montipio, Member; Andre Reyes, Member
Absent; Gabby Landman, Former Facilitator; Lacy Vross, Member; Maddy Lagman, Member; Kelly
Clark, Member; Josh William, Member
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 26, 2023 MEETING
The meeting of the previous meeting was approved as distributed.
4. COMMITTE REPORTS
Kimley Freve Escote, a Member, reported that the clothing brand was facing a problem regarding the
decreasing sales. They did a research what went wrong and found out it is because the company was
unable to upgrade what is trending right now.
5. OLD BUSINESS
Monthly sales of the company for this year 2023.
6. NEW BUSINESS
Marielle C. Ramirez, The President, discussed about the decreasing sales of their clothing brand.
Members Then suggested and recommend many solutions and came up a plan to increase the sales again.
Kimley Freve Escote suggested that the company should be open for International shipping.
Everybody agreed and seconded.
Klient Jay Flauta made another suggestion that the clothing brand should also change its Target Customer
to increase the sales. It was also agreed and seconded.
Alexander Montipio then suggested to Hire new Ambassadors to promote the clothing brand. All agreed
and seconded.
John Rey Boston lastly suggested to change the pricing for it should be affordable for everyone. It was
dismissed by Marielle C Ramirez and suggested to discuss it for the next meeting.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m. The next special meeting will be on June 27th 2023, 11:00-
12:30 p.m at the Conference Room A.
