in droplets or droplets when an infected

someone from the day before symptoms
appear up to 5 to 7 days after
experiencing illness.
How the Influenza virus is transmitted

• Shake hands with the sufferer, then touch the eyes,

mouth or nose afterwards.
• Touching surfaces or objects that have been
contaminated with the virus.
• Sharing drinking or eating utensils with sufferers.
• Contact with contaminated animals
Symptoms, namely:
1. Body aches
2. Dry cough
3. Headache
4. Sore throat
5. Loss of appetite
6. Body chills
7. Sweating
Preventing Influenza Transmission:
1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, for at least 20
seconds. If there is no access to water, then you can use a hand
sanitizer.
2. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth. Cover coughs and
sneezes with a tissue or elbow. Then wash your hands.
3.Clean any frequently touched surfaces regularly to prevent the
spread of infection.
4. Avoid crowds. Because the flu spreads easily wherever people
congregate. Such as daycare, schools, office buildings, to public
transportation.
5. Avoid anyone who is sick. If you are sick, it's best to stay home for
at least 24 hours after the fever has gone, so you reduce the chances
of infecting other people
