step 1: Select a type of handwriting you want to write.

Examples are cursive,

typewriter, etc.
step 2: Practice only alphabets a,b,c .. and so on, in capitals as well as small.
Alphabets make words, words make sentences and sentences make paragraphs which in
turn makes books.
step 3: After you have defined for yourself that how will your "a", "b", and other
alphabets is going to look when you write. Start writing sentences on a
horizontally ruled pages. Speed should be slow in starting.
step 4: Remember ! This is most important step, maintain a consistency when you
choose to write any alphabet while writing.
Consistency means :- Maintain same level of height for "L", "T", "P", "K", "B".
Step 5: While writing in small letter (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz). Make sure you
take an effort to maintain same level height for them.
I used horizontal line to my advantage such that the a's upper boundary just
touches the horizontal rule on that particular line's upper line.
Refer image above to get an idea of how the same height is maintained throughout
for small letters. Also for letters like l, f and t the same height is maintained
everytime with a very consistent height used above the horizontal line.
Observe in the word "Handwriting", how "a,n,d,w,r,i,n,g" these words touches the
line. For practicing this I would recommend you to use double ruled practice book,
it really helps. Because the handwriting in the image uses 2 lines for one line.
Reduce your font size, height in such a way that it uses your one line only, unlike
the one in image.
Step 6: Try to accommodate 5-7 words per line, so that the word spacing is
consistent throughout.
Step 7: Don't practice until you get it right, but practice until you don't get
wrong.
Practice is the key to make a drastic improvement in your existing handwriting.
While practicing remember to write slowly until your brain and fingers learn the
mechanics behind your adapted good handwriting.
