▪ You will take up employment with us on March 15th 2023 in the position of CNC Bending
Operator II. The employment contract will be entered into for a period of 12 months with no
trial period.
▪ We hereby offer you a gross monthly salary of €2.850,-- on the basis of full-time employment.
You will be classified in Hay 15 (see the enclosed remuneration scheme). Because (and for as
long as) you work shifts, you will receive a shift allowance of 20%.
▪ You will receive 8% holiday allowance based on your gross annual salary. This is calculated
proportionally. The holiday allowance will be included in the flexbudget in MyBenefits. You can
decide in which period and which amount of the budget will be paid out.
▪ Any overtime will be paid according to the company regulations (see the enclosed Overtime
arrangements).
▪ Our organisation has a 40-hour working week with 20 statutory holiday leave days and a flexible
budget worth 20 holiday leave days. You will have the possibility to use the flex budget to buy
holiday leave days.
▪ Employees of Vanderlande Industries and their immediate family are eligible for a group
discount of 12% for additional insurance with the health insurer Menzis. For more information

▪ You are a member of our group pension scheme, a Defined Contributions scheme placed with
LifeSight. In this pension scheme, pension is accrued on the salary up to a maximum of
€ 128,810.00 (amount in 2023, adjusted annually according to statutory regulation).
