1. NVF Sports Regulation and the Tournament Regulation must be adhered to at all time.
2. All match referees will be appointed by the NVF Referees Commission Delegate
3. With the exception of the first match, no time has been allocated to the matches.
- Team Managers/Coaches must keep track of the fixture and monitor the games progress to avoid forfeiting points.
4. With the exception of the Finals, all games will be played best out of 3 sets.
5. Strictly only 4 minutes warm-up at the net are allowed, general warn-up must be done before outside.
6. There will be no provision for lunch break, team leaders must arrange on how to feed their players.
7. In an event a team is scheduled to play two games consecutive shall be given 20 minutes break.
- However, for a team that wishes to play immediately shall be allowed to do so.
8. The Competition Director may change the teams to play on a different court other than the court indicated on the fixture.
9. Any error in this fixture shall be rectified once detected.
10. All serious injuries picked up during the game should be reported to the NVF Medic at 0812338555.
11. Players should maintain the same number on the t-shirt during the entire tournament.
12. Any complaint or dispute must be addressed to the NVF Competition Director or Technical Director.
