1. Requests the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of
Pakistan to declare the actions of the Chief of Army Staff, Syed Asim, unconstitutional.
2. Urges all the other ministers of the Parliament of Pakistan to
drop other topics of interest and divert all their attention and resources to this matter of urgent importance to insure the sovereignty of our nation and it’s stability.
3. Requests the parliament to appeal to the UN to sanction the
Chief of Army Staff politically and economically; Freeze all their foreign assets and accounts; Not to recognize his government; and not to have and dealings with his government.
4. Recommends the parliament to pass a resolution stating:
1. “All the rebels who have participated in the
unconstitutional military coup launched by the traitor, The Chief of Army Staff, have till 30th April 2023 to plead guilty of their crimes and by doing so be forgiven of their actions and given amnesty. All those who do not comply will be seen as a threat to the sovereignty of this country and will be branded as traitors and will be awarded the death penalty for high treason against the state. ” 2. We can further appeal them by adding, “The officers and soldiers who are being forced to join against their will, will be given a chance to switch sides and ally with the Constitutional Democratic Elective Government. ”
