    Agreement for the subject project, please find enclosed herewith the Feasibility
    Study Report for your kind consideration and further necessary action.

    It is to inform your good self that with this submission, all the deliverables for Stage-1
    (Feasibility Stage) have been completed. You are therefore requested to convey your
    approval of the submittals, so that we can proceed further to Stage-2 (Detailed
    Design Stage).
