Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, and we are in receipt of your good office letter no. 488 dated
17.02.2024 and letter no. 487 dated 17.02.2024, vide which your good office has conveyed the Project
Director, NHAI, Palanpur, letter no. 8342 dated 08.01.2024, wherein the NHAI-PIU, Palanpur has
conveyed the observation i.e. some settlement/bulging on existing RE wall on LHS both A-1 and A-2
approaches have been detected and subsequently instructed us to submit report and compliance.

In this regard, it is to inform that we have provided nailing on existing RE wall on LHS both A-1 and A-
2 approaches for protect the RE Wall from settlement/bulging, however RE wall in all locations is safe in
internal & external stability. Further, please find enclosed the bridge inspection report along with the
photographs of the same at Annexure-A.

Further, as sought by the NHAI-PIU, Palanpur, we are herewith submitting RE wall design and drawing
and soil investigation report, at Annexure-B, for your reference please.
