Dear Sir,

This has reference to your above cited letter no. 2398, vide which you have submitted
compliance to IE’s observations.

We have reviewed your reply and our observations are as follows;

The lowest design height section as per the approved designs is 2.23 m which has 4-layers
of primary reinforcements. The submitted design cross section for height 1.621 m has only
3-layers of primary reinforcements. Discarding any reinforcement layer or exceeding
the spacing of reinforcement in a particular design height from the corresponding
approved section, requires a fresh RE Wall design for that particular height.

Hence, the Concessionaire must confirm the no. of design sections to be used throughout
the structure, in this case VUP at Km. 381+533 and all of them shall be submitted for
concluding the design and drawing review apart from the already consented sections.
