Subject: Request for release the payment of IPC-05 of 6th Payment Milestone against
monthly executed work upto 31.01.2024 as per NHAI Policy Guidelines dated
22.06.2020 – Reg.

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the cited subject, the Concessionaire would like to inform the Authority that
the Concessionaire vide letter no. 2315 dated 03.02.2024 (copy enclosed at Annexure-A) submitted
the IPC-05 of 6th Payment Milestone against monthly executed 80.023% of physical progress upto
31.01.2024, as per Schedule-G of Concession Agreement and as per NHAI Policy Guidelines dated
22.06.2020.
Subsequently, the Independent Engineer (IE) vide letter no. 1214 dated 07.02.2024 (copy enclosed
at Annexure-B) recommended to release the net certified amount after deduction of statutory
deductions for IPC-05 of 6th Payment Milestone.
In view of above, the Concessionaire requests the Authority to kindly release the payment of IPC-
05 of 6th Payment Milestone against monthly executed work as per NHAI Policy Guidelines dated
22.06.2020, at the earliest. So that, the cash flow of the Concessionaire shall be maintained.
