All calibration documentation will be retained by the T&ME Engineer or Calibration

Technician and uploaded to TipQA.

9. In-house Calibration

Very few calibrations are performed in-house, but if any are performed, all in-house
calibrations will follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and will be recorded on the
Calibration Report Form. All equipment used for in-house calibrations will be NIST
traceable.

Upon completion of successful equipment calibration, tamper proof seals (Figure

immediately tagged with an out of calibration sticker (Figure 3) and removed from use.
