Guidelines for branches under concurrent Audit

In respect of those branches, which are subject to concurrent audit by chartered accountants and not
selected for branch audit, Concurrent auditor of the branches should be advised to submit Two copies
of NPA Review Report (in original), LFAR, Certificates (as per annexure XVI) along-with Return No.14,
14 D, 14 R (MOC), Return 19 & 20 to the respective zones which they should include in their
consolidation.

This is to certify that the enclosed statement of Non-performing Assets (advances) (i.e. Closing
Returns No. 16 to 20) as on 31st March, 2022 of Branch,
( Region) has been verified by us and we confirm that:

a) The classification of advances and


b) The provisions thereon as given below by the Branch Management have been found in conformity
with the Income Recognition, Asset Classification and Provisioning norms laid down by the
Reserve Bank of India/policy of Bank of Baroda whichever is more stringent except as per
Memorandum of Changes (MOC) given in Return No. 14 and 14D.
