1. Don’t expect your mind to be silent/thought

free.


Your Mind will keep on Wandering, Making a

Noise and ‘Random’ Thoughts would pop

up.
 It’s NORMAL.

Don’t try to push the thoughts out.
 Observe

the thoughts and let them be.
 Imagine

yourselves lying on the ground, facing the

sky.
 You are seeing clouds moving. 
Do you

try to stop the clouds or let them flow? 
Your

thoughts are like the clouds, let them flow.

2. Don’t Meditate it in the Morning.

Yes, I would AVOID ‘meditating in the

morning’ because we have lot of other things

to do at that time.

Meditating Pre-Sleep is a great. (that’s how I

Started). 
I would recommend lying down

and Turning on the meditation audio,

following the cues before you fall asleep.


As you get regular and experience the

benefits, you can start meditating in the

morning.

3. Start with Just 5 minutes of meditation.

Consistency is better than Perfection.

5 minutes is much better than 0 minutes.

Yes, we would be able to enjoy the benefits in

5 minutes too.

4. Stop looking for the BEST FORM OF

MEDITATION.


The best form is the one you can do

consistently.


Start with ‘Body Scan Meditation’ and just

follow the instructions. 
As you get regular,

you can try other forms of meditation.
 I

perform Sadhguru’s Isha Kriya.

5. Consistency Over Perfection.


Missed a day or two? Simply Get back on

track.


Missing days is inevitable but getting back on

track quickly is completely in your hands.

6. What gets tracked gets improved.


Track and be accountable with a friend/family

member/coach or simply use a habit tracking

app when it comes to meditation.

7. Increase the meditation practice by 2

minutes every two weeks.

21 minutes of meditation is the sustainable

number for me.


Remember, always choose Sustainable and

Consistent over ‘More’.

8. Don’t expect magic. 


Magic does happen, but it happens gradually

and step by step.


Few weeks and your LIFE WILL CHANGE!
