without any second guessing or certainty.
Laissez-faire leadership summary: Laissez-faire leaders give their employees considerable
freedom in how they do their work, setting their goals, decisions, and resolve problems
independently. This leadership style is more appropriate to use for trusted, motived, skilled,
independent, and educated employees.

Trait theory summary:


Some individuals are born with the characteristics that make them nature leaders. Trait theory
suggests that leaders are different from other groups of inviduals. In other hand, critics of trait
theory believe that it fails to take into account the life experiences that can affect leadership.

TASK 8.1:
The openness and international integration in Vietnam have been making great economic,
cultural, and social achievements. Besides the achieved positive aspects, social evils in
Vietnam are increasing, not only causing a great loss for the economy but also long-term
consequences for the development of society. As reported by Vietnam MOLISA (2014, p.6),
in those social evils, drug addiction has become the most serious problem with over 204,377
drug addicts, and the number of drug addicts in managed records has increased nearly
fourfold over the past 20 years since in 1994 (55,445 people). It can be said that drug abuse is
a major threat to Vietnam as well as the world. Using drugs does not only increases the rate
of young death, degrades the quality of social resources, but also directly affects drug users
themselves, erodes lifestyle morality, and increases the probability of crime: murder, robbery,
theft ... It is more dangerous when the drug is main human causes for the risk of HIV/AIDS
infection, according to Hien L.D. (2010, p.48). Thus, the prevention of drugs and drug-related
crimes is a very urgent issue for Vietnam during this time.

Title: COVID-19 and other diseases in Vietnam
Introduction:
COVID-19 epidemic continues all over the world. It makes people watch and fear every time
they step out of their home, hindering the global economy. By the end of autumn 2020, WHO
continues to warn the third wave of infections in many countries. However, some countries
have almost controlled this pandemic completely with strict policies and the support of the
people.

II Learn and apply effectively previous epidemic prevention experiences

ESSAY: THE TEMPLE OF LITERATURE IN VIETNAM
The Temple of Literature is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Hanoi, Vietnam.
This place is also a historical witness to Confucianism culture, which has trained countless
talents for Vietnam feudal system since the 11th century. The Temple was established as the
first formal university in Vietnam. This was a determination to improve people's knowledge
and the country's education of King Ly Nhan Tong. This place represents the willing to learn
of Vietnamese people and a great spirituality for those wishing to grow up on the path of
education.
The Temple has two main parts. The temple dedicated to Confucius (Van Mieu - 文廟) was
built in 1070 under King Le Thanh Tong, and the Imperial Academy (Quoc Tu Giam - 國子
監 ) was started construction at the same time in 1076, right next to Van Mieu. This relic
complex is located in the south of Thang Long Citadel, Dong Da district, Hanoi. The place
has a total area of 54,331m2; the four sides are surrounded by Hanoi main streets.
In the early years of its construction, the Temple of Literature served as a place of worship
for saints who founded Confucianism, and the first royal school of The Great Viet with the
first student was Prince Ly Can Duc, who was later King Ly Nhan Tong. After the Imperial
Academy was completed, this relic officially became the first university in Vietnam. It was
originally only for the children from elite families, then opened for other children who had
outstanding intelligence, came to study. Today, The Temple of Literature has become a
historical relic in the list of 23 special Vietnamese national monuments, a testament to the
development of Vietnamese feudalism's education, and is an attractive tourist destination.
This place also preserves valuable historical documents, unique architectural features, and
traces of a flourishing time of Confucianism in Vietnam.
The relic now represents the tradition of fondness for learning, dignity, being deferential to
the teacher and respecting morals, and honoring talents with profound and valuable spiritual
and cultural values. Therefore, Vietnamese people are always conscious of preserving the
relic so that the next generation can inherit these fine traditional values.
The Temple of Literature is one of the famous historical relics of Vietnam. With unique
architecture and a long history associated with the prosperity and development of many
dynasties, The Temple of Literature has become a Vietnamese education symbol.
