 Copy software and paste it in any of the drives (eg. D

Drive)
 open folder
 Select Set up.exe
 Preparing to Installation window comes
 One Pop up Big Window comes (like below Fig.)

 Select second browse

 Go to solid edge software where you have saved the file(D drive)
 open Magnitude folder
  Select SElicence.dat and

 Click open and then click Install.

 Removing and copying of files takes place

 finally Click Finish.

These are the steps to be followed for Windows 7:

From step
 Removing and copying of files takes place completely then press
Alt+Del+Ctrl you will get Windows Task Manager
 Select Processes
 Select Smss.exe---488K-----windows session Manager
 Select End process.
 Restart the System.
