Understanding the structure and governance of the kingdom is important to recognize the way and

direction of government and administration of a country. These systems and structures will
determine the effectiveness and efficiency of government and ensure the stability of the country in
the future. This short essay will outline some of the main elements used in the system and structure
of government of this country that has been implemented since the era after independence to the
present day. The things that will be discussed are regarding the Federal Parliament which includes
three components in line with the wishes of the question, namely Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the State
Council and the People's Council. The description includes the tasks of each component concerned,
their roles, their characteristics, how the components are formed, the number of disciplines, the
individuals involved and so on. There is no exception to the description of how a law is drafted in its
entirety. Descriptions of the process of a law that was drafted are described in detail starting with
the law that is proposed so that it is approved by Yang di-Pertuan Agong andined in the Royal Warta.
