London Academy of Trading Programmes Application Form

Thank you for your interest in London Academy of Trading Programmes.

We look forward to welcoming you onto one of our programmes provided by London Academy of
Trading (LAT), London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) and InterActive (IA). Please
read through the following information carefully. If you have any further queries regarding the
application process, feel free to contact your programme advisor in person or over the phone.

Instructions for Applicants

STEP 1
Complete the application form.
STEP 2
Enclose the following supporting documents as a part of your application form:
A copy of your passport / proof of ID / Birth Certificate
A scanned copy of a recent passport-sized colour photograph (jpeg, 150*150 pixels)
Proof of education (degrees / diplomas / certificates / transcripts)
Proof of English proficiency, when required (recognised test of English results e.g. IELTS)

Note: All documents are to be provided in English. Where documents are not in English, you will also need to provide a
certified translation of any such documents.

STEP 3
Please send a completed copy of your application to your programme advisor or the LSBF/LAT
Admissions Department at: Admissions@lat.london. Note that the application can be sent by email
only. E-versions of supporting documents are to be submitted as attached to emails.

Application deadlines

Due to a high demand for our programmes, places are limited. We therefore advise that you apply as
early as possible.

On registering for the Professional Financial Trading Programme, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to
abide the full (i) LSBF Terms and Conditions; (ii) LAT Terms and Conditions and (iii) IA Terms and Conditions.

1. Student Warranties
a) The student warrants that all documents and information supplied are true, authentic and correct.
b) Where the student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, the student will automatically
be withdrawn from the course and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

2. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for LSBF
and/or LAT and/or IA staff , fellow students, members of the public and LSBF and/or LAT and/or IA Property.
Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the
course.

3. Withdrawal
a) The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent
from LSBF / LAT / IA. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification of the LSBF and/or
LAT team, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given.
b) Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent from LSBF / LAT /IA, LSBF / LAT
and/or IA reserve the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.

4. Exclusion
To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and associated parties exclude all
conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of
equity.

5. Registration on Course
Registration on the course constitutes registration as a student with LSBF, LAT, IA. Students agree to be bound
by LSBF, LAT, IA Code of Conduct (clause 2) and Terms and Conditions of Registration.

6. Refund Policy
Student Default
a) If a student withdraws from any of our courses more than 14 days before commencement of the course
he/she is entitled to a full refund less 15% processing fee.
b) 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 14 days before the commencement of the
course. c) No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after commencement of the course.
Once a delegate has signed their student enrolment form and commenced their given programme they are obliged
to pay their tuition fees in full according to their instalment plan.

7. Data Protection
Your enrolment on a course of study requires sharing of personal information about you (including “Sensitive
Personal Information”) between LSBF, LAT and IA. You give your express permission for the sharing of
information for the purposes of managing your application, enrolment, academic achievement, fees management
and related activities. All information will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data
Protection Act.

8. Confidentiality
You shall not, except as authorised by the Company, divulge any persons, firm, company or other organisation
whatsoever any confidential information belonging to the Company or relating to its affairs or dealings which may
come to your knowledge during your employment. All papers are considered to be confidential, together with any
copies or extracts thereof, made or acquired by you in the course of your time with the Company.

9. Regular Updates
LSBF, LAT and IA Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our
websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.
