    Sub : Increase in Service Charge - reg

    I’m currently existing contractor for Laundry service at Apollo Hospital, Kakinada.
    For the first time we introduced Laundry service cum Bedside Lenin procurement in
    Apollo. Because of this, in the two year agreement period I incurred a loss of around
    ninety thousand rupees which can be verified with the accounts team of yours. For
    laundry and procurement, I'm being paid 5 to 6 rupees on average per piece which is a
    very minimum price.
    I kindly request you to not put the burden of procurement on me and also
    increase the service charge by 10% as all other charges like fuel, transportation,
    material etc has also increased significantly.
