Sub : Increase in Service Charge - reg

1) For laundry service, I'm being paid 41.89 rupee/bed. I kindly request you to increase the
service charge by 15% as all other charges like electricity, fuel, Labour, transportation,
chemicals etc have also increased significantly.

2) For Lenin Procurement, I'm being paid 10,000 rupee/ month. It is to bring to your notice that
this amount is not at all sufficient and I had to invest 1,20,000 rupees personally in the last 3½
years. I kindly request you to increase this price to 18,000 rupee/ month as the Lenin material
charges also increased.

3) Since you requested for the Patient gown and Bedsheet to be packed in Eco friendly Paper
Cover (above 40 microns), the charge for patient gown paper cover is 1.80 Rupees per cover
and charge for bed sheet paper cover is 2.40 rupees per cover.

I kindly request you to take a decision in favour of the request and let us know the decision as
soon as possible.
