Test Metodu / Test method

NF P01-013:1998-08 standardına göre, üretilen ürünün gerçek kullanım alanına göre test etmek için düz bir
zemin üstüne 2 noktadan monte edilmiştir. Ürünün yer değiştirebilirliği için referans noktalar belirlenmiştir.
Ürüne 20cm Aralıklarla 3 noktandan olacak şekilde yatay yük uygulayacak bir yük ünitesi hazırlanılmıştır.

Kullanım alanı kamu olarak belirlenen ürüne;

1.Aşama olarak ürüne ön yük olarak 1700N/m 3 dakika süre ile uygulanmıştır. Üründe oluşan değişikliler
gözlemlemiştir.
2.Aşama olarak ürüne 2400N/m yük uygulanmıştır. Üründe oluşan değişikliler gözlemlemiştir.

Aşağıdaki denklem kullanılarak emniyet yükünün giderilmesinden sonraki maksimum kalıcı deformasyon "a"
doğrulanması:

According to NF P01-013:1998-08 standard, the product is mounted on 2 places on the flat surface to test
according to the actual usage area of the product. Reference points for product relocatability have been set. A
load unit was prepared to apply a horizontal load to the product at 20 cm intervals 3 points.

The intended use of the product is for public buildings;
