    - Where are they from
    - How do they have learned English
    - Occupation
    - Free time activities

    2. EVALUACIÓN

    Situation: You work in a bank and the human resources area has assigned you to choose
    the best way of transportation for all the employees in the company. In silence read the
    option you have received and carefully analyze the advantages and disadvantage. Then
    you will explain which option you think is better.

    Then, it will be time for the other participant to explain his option to the evaluator.

    - Evaluator: Ask some questions about the options

    3. DECISIÓN

    The two participants will have to discuss between them their options again giving more
    details. Then, they will have to choose one of their options and explain it to evaluator.
