Good habits

We all have our particular routine, but there are a few that are very useful to live well. For example,
keeping our room tidy helps to create a peaceful environment for ourself and to sleep well; giving ourself a
pep talk (discorso di incoraggiamento) in front of the mirror can help us feeling positive about our life;
Putting down our phone and enjoying the world around us can connect us to life. Getting out of our
comfort zone can help us doing new friends; Having a cold shower or putting a freezing towel on our
face for 30 seconds can help us to wake up and to start the day with the right energy.

Anyway, even if routines are good because they help us feeling safe and saving time, too much routine
can be a bad thing. So it’s important to be flexible and sometime maybe we can try a new food, do a
new sport or take a different way to school. It keeps our brain active and stimulates creativity.
