For my presentation,

I’m going to talk about Netflix

I chose netflix because you mentioned it last time, it’s an application i

watch every night since many years and i think there are a lot of topics to

talk about.

So First, i will present the forces and weaknesses.

Then i will present the opportunities and threats.

Forces :

- Corporate identity (today known by all generations)

- Globalization (Netflix is present in many countries around the

world)

Faiblesses :

- Limited copyright (They are limited and a big cost for netflix wich

sees its debts increasing)

- The customer insurance ( a lack of competent managers, leading

to a decrease in customer satisafaction)

- Depends mainly on north american customers.
