COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW, the Accused, through the undersigned counsel,

and unto this Honorable Court, submits his compliance to the Order
dated ________________________. Said Order directed the
undersigned counsel to submit the name of the Dentist who is on
duty on _________________ at PGH including his or her schedule for
consultation.

Consequently, the undersigned counsel personally went to the

PGH and inquired the name/s of the Dentist including his or her
schedule for consultation.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

of this Honorable Court to still allow the accused, to be brought to
PGH to undergo dental check-up.

Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
