MOTION TO ALLOW MOVANT


TO SECURE NBI CLEARANCE

Movant, LEO PANIS y AMIT, assisted through the assistance of the


Public Attorney's Office most respectfully states, that:

1. Movant plea bargained and has applied for Probation;

2. As the application is being processed, movant is required to submit an


NBI clearance to show that aside from his cases, he have no other
pending cases or that he was not been previously convicted;

3. Personal appearance of the applicants is required in securing such


clearances, hence it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to
allow movant, escorted by personnel of the BJMP Station Rodriguez,
Rizal, to go to the nearest NBI station at Rodriguez Municipal Hall,
Rodriguez, Rizal on October 26, 2022. Attached are the copies of the
print-out of the NBI application form and payment form, marked as
Annexes “A” and “B” respectively;

4. Said clearance is one of the requirements he has to submit to the


Parole and Probations Office.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that movants be brought by the agency who has custody to the
NBI Station-Rodriguez, Rizal for movant to be able to secure the necessary
clearance for the probation.

Other relief that are just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
