international and mobile are begin to shrank on the second period
The local telephone calls already in high number which is nearly over 75 billion minutes
from 1994, then it continue to rise for 4 more years nearly reach 90 billion minutes.
However, it also began to reserved until 2001 the figure had falled back to 70 billion.
Unlikely, the national and international lines rising steadily by every years such as from
1994 is about 38 billion to 2001 nearly 60 billion minutes.
The mobile line is the one who growth in excess for nearlyu 50% of 100 billion minutes.
In the early was roughly 2 billion in 1994, then it began to increably rising from 1998. In
the end mobile line has made a rocketed finish which is reached around 44 billion in
2001.
Task 2:
Death penalty, or capital punishment, is the meanest punishment for who has caused
serious crimes such as assault, killing, hurting others people which is existed for many
years. Some said that people who cause the crime will be deserved what they have done,
but some said that the death penalty is no longer acceptable in the modern society. This
essay will define the advantages and disadvantages of the punishment.
The advantage is death penalty will ensure the fairliness for criminals who climinating
dangerous crimes which cause awful consequence to another people. Moreover, it can be
also serve as a warning for those crimes. Death penalty also can be seen to be the
fairliness treatment for crimes that cause people life too. One more thing about death
penalty is it’s the way to reduce the fee of imprisonment life which is expensive and need
many procedures.
On the other hand, the disadvantages about capital punishment is it have been violation
about the human right, which is the right that people can be live and be treated fairly. If
that criminal take away a life then you have to take his life back, does that mean you will
be equal to them? Also it may not make the way people behavior be better, it will
encourage revenge and more and more violent affect for peole.
In conclusion, death punishment may be fairly in some cases but right now, it is no longer
acceptable in modern society. Instead of killing, we should focus on how we teach the
younger generation, how we prevent those crimes in order to make a peaceful world.
