eating habits and how to make it.

What is your inquiry question that interests you for further research? It should be a question that
connects with a purpose, passion or personalized area of interest for you. This is a question that you
cannot just google an answer for. Please see examples from your Capstone booklet.
My inquiry question is:

Why is it so important for athletes to have a meal plan? What are the benefits of this, why is
nutrition so important?

Rationale/context: Detail your reasons for choosing this inquiry question. Explain WHY you are
choosing to investigate this topic as a major area of focus. How does this area of inquiry connect to
your passion(s), purpose? Why is it of personal interest to you?

As an athlete I have noticed what different foods I eat before and after changing my performance
and as a soccer player it can be challenging trying to stay on a meal plan especially has a high
school student since I have school 5 days a week and soccer 6 times a week having, I am
constantly busy and cooking healthy meals well trying to be places is hard. So, I wanted to make a
meal plan that would be easy for athletes. Because yes, all athletes should watch they eat we get
told that every time but it’s harder than it looks when you’re so busy. And it’s important to eat
according to what you are doing me, and others want to know what should I eat before and what’s
good to eat after? So, this is why I choose a meal plan.
