As the revolution of clean energy is in progress, Electric Vehicles popularity is increasing

rapidly and going to be the main way of transport in the future due to many reasons. Such
as, protecting the environment from carbon dioxide gases, save money of the fuel costs and
eliminate depending on oil (Rezvani et al., 2015), however, the whole world is aiming to
reduce the carbon emissions, the e-cars are the only alternatives to petrol powered engines
.(Hickman.,2009)

The high cost of batteries was one of the drawbacks of e cars in the past, but recently there
are new models are developing by emerging B2V industry, but without looking at
environmental and social aspects (Jiao and Evans, 2016). Experts say, because of the
reduction in batteries costs, Electric cars are about to reach the tipping point of the rapid
mass adoption. Moreover, some latest analysis claim that will happen between 2023 and
.2025. But at the meantime, some countries have passed this tipping point such as Norway

The skyrocketed popularity of electric Vehicles is related to several reasons, firstly, zero
carbon emissions. secondly, a comparison showed in Norway says that, electric cars were
only 0.3 per cent cheaper, but had 48 per cent market share, while in UK they 1.3 per cent
more expensive but have a weak market share which is 1.6% (Lenton`s 2019). What's more,
plunging in battery cost in the past has been dramatic and much faster than expected (Firth
.2010)

On the other hand, in 2020 there was a rising in sales of Petrol-guzzling SUVs, despite Covid-
19 lockdowns. Over the past decade SUVs were the only reasons for emissions, however,
.even the SUVs will be electric before long

In conclusion, the revolution of clean energy is Cautiously going up, and electric cars are
much more quiet and environmentally friendly, consequently, acceleration and rapid
adoption will be increased and the electric cars are going to be the main way of transport as
.the plunging in battery prices still in progress
