NOTE:
1. Application shall be filled in properly. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
2. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded.
3. Only blood relation (Father/Mother/Brother or Sister) can receive/collect the certificate.
4. Overseas Student on proof of settled in Pakistan i.e. photocopy of CNIC, copy of appointment letter,
admission in any college or university will be charged fee at par with the Inland Candidates.
