2617 Apple Ave Mold Report 03.20.23
2617 Apple Ave Mold Report 03.20.23
Samples received in good condition unless otherwise noted. High levels of background particulate can obscure spores and other particulates, leading to underestimation. Background levels of 5 indicate an
overloading of background particulates, prohibiting accurate detection and quantification. Present = Spores detected on overloaded samples. Results are not blank corrected unless otherwise noted. The
reporting limit for fungal spores, structures, pollen, fiber particles, or insect fragments is equal to 13.3 count/m3 or 33.3 count/m3 for samples collected at 75 L or 30 L, respectively. The detection limit is equal
to one fungal spore, structure, pollen, fiber particle or insect fragment per sample. All samples were analyzed at 400x magnification unless otherwise noted. The character "-" denotes Not Detected. Due to
method stopping rules, raw counts in excess of 100 are extrapolated based on the percentage analyzed. JLM Environmental Laboratory maintains liability limited to cost of analysis. This report relates only to
the samples reported above and may not be reproduced, except in full, without written approval by JLM Environmental Laboratory. JLM Environmental Laboratory bears no responsibility for sample collection
activities or analytical method limitations. Interpretation and use of test results are the responsibility of the client. The report reflects the samples as they were received. If the information supplied by the
customer can affect the validity of the results, it will be noted on the report. The Sample Volume is provided by the customer and may affect the validity of the results. The samples above were analyzed by JLM
Environmental Laboratory unless noted otherwise.
