•Among the many values which your family have, which among these do you value the
most?

What I value the most among all the values that my family have instilled in me is spirituality or
being spiritual. They taught us that in everything we do we should put God first and we should
hold on to our faith. Because a lot of things will happen unexpectedly, in this life we will have to
experience hardships, trials, and difficulties, but if we have strong faith,  this will help us to rise
above all of these things.We would feel down sometimes, we will have discouragements, and
disappointments but this faith that I have will make me strong and keep me going in this life. 
•Through a short video, 2-3 mins, share to the class one family values which you value by
answering the following questions:

1.Which among the family values do you value most and acts as your guiding principle?
My answer will be spirituality..

2.Why?
Being spiritual doesn’t make you holy, but it leads you to seeking a saviour that we all really
need. That we all need a supreme being no other than our God. 

3.How are your parents/guardians put emphasis on that specific family value?
They put emphasis by being an example. They taught us to pray before meal and before we go
to bed. They teach us to worship God and always honor him in everything we do.  

4.In what ways/How did they teach you that specific value?
They encourage us to go to church every sunday, attend prayer gathering and worship services.
We go to church together.

5.To what extent do you intend to  practice

such value?
I will bring these values in this lifetime and I ought to transfer these values to my offspring.
Because this is one of the many things I learned from them and by following it I have found
peace and security through Christ Jesus.

6.As a future educator, how will you teach that specific value to your students and
or future generation?
I believe that being an educator we are not only teaching them on how to be academically equipped
but also we teach them values. Among all other things, the knowledge that they received from
school may have forgotten but the values will remain.
