Part B
Please provide the information requested.

1. I need further clarification and/or resources on the following topics:

Since instructions and questions needed to be accomplished in Module 1 are easy to be
understood, no further clarification on this matter is needed.

2. I encountered the following problems or challenges:

I had a conflict with the time schedule between the LAC Session and the LIS Updating
meeting. However, through the consideration of our LAC Leader and fellow LAC members,
LAC session was moved earlier. Though it overlapped unexpectedly to the expected time
frame of the meeting, I was glad that our LIS Coordinator allowed me to let her wait for 15
minutes until we finish the LAC session with my unit. Beyond that, I have no more concerns
since our LAC Leader addressed immediately the possible concern/s and provided us some
concrete guides to accomplish the related task/s.

3. Other comments/suggestions:
LAC Session 1 being conducted in our team/ unit was full of encouragement and
empowerment as our LAC Leader initiated us to always remember the key norms and
characteristics that we have to embody: a.) be always ready and open in sharing our
thoughts; b.) be a great listener and team player; c.) be accountable and responsible in our
duties; d.) collaborative with the group at all times; and e.) always have a positive outlook.
Such positive reinforcement allows us to push through and keep up with each other as we
will “win this as one”.
