 Welcoming Remarks from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman

Our honorable guest and seminar participant,

I am very pleased that the 16th Joint Chemistry Conference has attracted
many participants from various institution and countries. I also would like to
thank the conference organizer of the Department of Chemistry consortium
in Central Java, Indonesia, including Jenderal Soedirman University
(UNSOED), Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Sebelas Maret University (UNS),
Semarang State University (UNNES), and Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana
(UKSW), which has been established since 2006.
This conference will serve as a communication media, exchanging
information on the advancement of Chemistry and related sciences as well
as collaboration between academics, researchers, industries, government,
and other stakeholders.
In this opportunity, we would like to express our gratitude to the
committee for the hard work as well as to all parties who help to ensure
the running of this event. I hope this seminar can be successful, even if it
is conducted virtually, because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation
which limits the direct interaction between participants from various
regions.

 GENERAL WEBINAR RULES

1. Please join the webinar room at least 5 minutes before the allocated time.
2. The participant will be “muted” for voice hearing during the presentation.
3. All questions submitted through the “chat” mechanism on the online meeting software.
Please do not use it for other topics or internal discussion.
4. Participant question will be addressed by moderator during the Q&A session.
5. We will record the meeting and save the presentations. Everything will available later on
6. If there are any problem regarding the webinar system, please contact the committee via
the WAG Presenter 16th JCC, or the Program committee, Ari Asnani, at 081386724764
(WhatsApp only).

Parallel Session Guidelines

1. All moderators and presenters will be expected to use the virtual background.
2. All presenters must be in the designated room throughout his/her scheduled presentation
session.
3. Please log in to your scheduled presentation session at least 10 minutes in advance.
4. Each presentation is limited to 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
Kindly ensure that your presentation duration does not exceed 15 minutes. The presentation
schedule will be strictly enforced by the moderator and technical host.
5. If any presenter wants the host to present their PPT, please submit the PPT with the file
name = Room No_Speaker’s name = in the GDrive <https://bit.ly/JCC_Presentation>
no later than Wednesday, September 8th 2021, at 12:00 AM.
6. At the end of the session, please turn on your camera for the group photo. Screenshot will
be captured by the host.
