The activity aims to identify best practices and gaps in the disaster response operations following the M 7.0 Northwestern Luzon Earthquake and enhance existing cluster objectives, memberships and specific roles and responsibilities of RDRRMC member agencies described in the Cordillera Regional Disaster Response Plan for Earthquake.
