1. These classes will be conducted Face to Face and LIVE via Zoom and the recording will be uploaded on the LMS within 1-2 working days from the time the classes are
being held.
2. This timetable has been sent to all student via SMS and the LMS.
3. To ensure that we adhere to the standard operating procedure to maintain social distancing, there will be a limit on the number of students that are allowed to attend the
face to face classes on a first come first served basis.
4. Kindly ensure you have filled in the Google Form on the Student Preference on Study Options & Book Collection which was sent out to all students. If you have not received
the said form via SMS, kindly contact your CLP coordinator.

These are the detailed steps to log into Zoom:

Sign in with SSO using Zoom App

1. Launch Zoom App. At the sign in window, click the Sign in with SSO at the right side of the sign in window.
2. In the box asking for company domain, enter baceducation. Click Continue. The Office365 sign in webpage will load.
3. Log into Office365 using your BAC-issued email ID and password.
4. Check if you received any email from Zoom, if not, proceed to step 6. If you received an email from Zoom, open and click Switch to the new account.
5. A confirmation webpage will load to confirm you want to switch to be a member of BAC Education Zoom Group. Click I acknowledge and Switch button.
6. A launching page will load and a prompt window will appear to ask you to open the Zoom App. Click Open/Launch Zoom.
7. Your Zoom Home Window will now appear. Click the invite link that was sent to you e.g. https://baceducation.zoom.us/my/bacnottingham
8. A launching page will load and a prompt window will appear to ask you to open the Zoom App. Click Open/Launch Zoom again.
9. Your session should open.

1. Go to www.zoom.us. Click Sign In at the top right corner

Strictly follow these house rules during the online classes:

1. To speak to the presenter, you may click the button to raise your hand.
2. You may click the option of unmuting yourself once the presenter has unmuted you.
